Photographs of individuals featured within OCFighter™ are of models to protect the identity and confidentiality those in case studies presented. Upon termination you must destroy all materials and associated documentation obtained from the Website and all copies of such materials and you agree that STS may immediately deactivate your account and delete all records, files and associated information.
Availability
STS uses its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Website is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There will be occasions when the Website will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs and you agree that STS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website. Every step will be taken by STS to minimize disruption.
However, STS cannot be held responsible for any disruptions that are inherent in the operation of the Internet and World Wide Web including viruses which are beyond STS’ control.

These Terms and Conditions, and associated information contained on the Website including the Privacy Policy, contain the full and complete understanding between the parties. They supersede prior arrangements and understandings whether written or oral appertaining to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions and any contracts made under them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall be the exclusive courts of competent jurisdiction.
